Term 6 - Storytime
We have really enjoyed welcoming so many EYFS children back to school for term 6. Things are a bit different but school is still a fun place to learn and play. This cartoon shows you a bit what it is like at Paulton Infant School (but we aren't taking your temperature when you arrive).

This term we are going to base our learning around quality children's texts. By doing this we aim to provide safe and familiar contexts to learning; continue to develop a love of literature and allow us to touch on a broad range of fun and engaging topics.

Learning at home

As school is now open to all children from EYFS teachers will no longer be able to provide the same detailed activity suggestions that have been sent out during the school closure period. If you are choosing to continue to educate from home then we suggest you refer to the following links to support you and your child.

Daily phonics lessons are available at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCP_FbjYUP_UtldV2K_-niWw These are helpfully differentiated into 'Reception' lessons for those children who are on track with their phonics and 'Learning to Blend' lessons for those children who can't blend sounds together to read words.

Lessons for all other subjects are being provided by Oak Academy at https://www.thenational.academy/online-classroom/reception#schedule
