Nurture Groups

 

At Paulton Infant School we recognise that events or experiences can be tough for everyone, particularly our young learners. To help children throughout the day, alongside THRIVE and Forest School approaches, we have Nurture groups in operation.

Particularly popular is our morning nurture group to help those children that find starting the day difficult. As part of this group, children are encouraged to make social interactions with their peers and the adults around them in a quiet, safe and stimulating space away from the hustle and bustle of the morning classroom before returning to their class teacher in time for the register.
